Työnantajasi tarjoaa sinulle virike-etua

Tarjoamalla virike-etua työnantajasi haluaa tukea palautumistasi sekä kannustaa sinua pitämään huolta hyvinvoinnistasi. Jokainen virike-etua käyttävä tarvitsee itselleen Edenred-kortin.

Yleistä

  • Työnantaja voi tarjota rahaan verrattavaa virike-etua verovapaasti 400 € vuodessa, josta työntekijä maksaa edun käytöstä itse 50 % vähennettynä palkasta.
  • Virike-etua käytetään Edenred-kortilla.
  • MyEdenred löytyy myös mobiilisovelluksena kaikkien puhelinmerkkien sovelluskaupoista.

Edenred-kortti on henkilökohtainen, turvallinen ja kuukausittain ladattava virtuaalinen etukortti, joka sisältää virike-edun kulttuuri- ja liikuntaedulle, sekä uutena vaihtoehtona 20.4.2026 alkaen myös hieronta- ja terveysedulle.

Kortin tilaaminen

  • Työntekijä voi tilata kortin koeajan päättymisen jälkeen seuraavin ehdoin: Työntekijän tulee olla vakituisessa työsuhteessa ja työajan on oltava vähintään 15 h/vko.
  • Esihenkilö tekee korttitilauksen työntekijöiden puolesta.
  • Hallinto käsittelee korttitilaukset kerran kuukaudessa.
  • Edenred lähettää virtuaalisenkortin aktivointilinkin ja ohjeet työnantajan määrittämään sähköpostiin.
  • Henkilö aktivoi korttinsa applikaation kautta.

Saldon tilaaminen

  • Työntekijät käyttävät saldolatauspyynnön tekemiseen sähköistä palvelua – joko puhelimen sovellusta MyEdenred Finland tai verkkosivujen kautta myedenred.fi.
  • Etua on mahdollista saada max 11 kk vuodessa verottajan määritelmän mukaan.

Saldovaihtoehdot

  • 400 €, jolloin palkasta peritään 200 € TAI
  • 100 €, jolloin palkasta peritään 50 € TAI
  • 50 €, jolloin palkasta peritään 25 €.

Etu peritään sen kuun palkasta, jolloin saldo on henkilön käytössä. Saldo on voimassa kaksi vuotta.

Näin maksat virike-edulla

Voit maksaa kolmella eri tavalla:

  1. Edenredin kortti toimii pankkikortin tavoin, et tarvitse PIN-koodia
  2. Maksa MyEdenred-sovelluksella etsimällä paikka nimellä tai kartalta
  3. Maksa puhelimesi lähimaksulla liittämällä kortti Apple Payhin tai Google Payhin

Kortin katoaminen ja työsuhteen päättyminen

Ilmoita korttisi katoamisesta VÄLITTÖMÄSTI yhteyshenkilölle. Kadonnut kortti suljetaan ja sinulle tilataan uusi kortti. Uusi virtuaalinen kortti on maksuton. Saldosi siirtyy uudelle kortille.

Työsuhteen päättyessä kortti suljetaan. Saldo on henkilön käytössä vielä 30 päivää.

Uutta: enemmän valinnanvapautta MyChoice-ominaisuudella

Hyvinvointietuja laajennetaan MyChoice-ominaisuuden avulla, joka mahdollistaa virike-, hieronta- ja terveysetujen saldojen siirtämisen etujen välillä. Näin jokainen voi käyttää etujaan omien tarpeidensa mukaisesti.

Saldojen siirto tapahtuu helposti MyEdenred-sovelluksessa, jossa virike-etua voi siirtää esimerkiksi hieronta- tai terveysetujen käyttöön.

Keskeiset muutokset lyhyesti

  • Uusille työntekijöille ei enää tilata fyysisiä kortteja, vaan käyttöön tulevat virtuaaliset kortit
  • Nykyiset fyysiset kortit toimivat normaalisti voimassaolon loppuun asti, jonka jälkeen ne päivittyvät automaattisesti virtuaalisiksi
  • Uusia etuja ovat hieronta- ja terveysetu sekä MyChoice-toiminto
  • Hieronta- ja terveysetu toimivat omilla virtuaalisilla korteilla
  • Kortin aktivoinnin jälkeen MyChoice-toiminto tulee näkyviin sovelluksessa, ja saldoa voi siirtää etujen välillä

We want to offer you – sport and culture benefit (Virike)

Get started by activating your card in MyEdenred.

Briefly in english

  • The employer can offer a cash-free incentive benefit tax-free of € 400 per year.
  • It is possible to receive the benefit for a maximum of 11 months per year according to the taxpayer’s definition.
  • Sport and culture benefit is used with the Edenred card.
  • MyEdenred can also be found as a mobile app in app stores of all phone brands.

Ordering a card

  • The employee can order the card after the probation period has ended, under the following conditions: the employee must have a permanent employment contract and work at least 15 hours per week.
  • The supervisor places the card order on behalf of the employee.
  • Administration processes card orders once a month.
  • Edenred sends the virtual card activation link and instructions to the email address specified by the employer.
  • The employee activates the card via the application.

Ordering the balance

  • Employees use an electronic service to submit balance top-up requests – either via the MyEdenred Finland mobile app or through the website myedenred.fi/en.
  • The benefit can be received for a maximum of 11 months per year, in accordance with the tax authority’s guidelines.

The balance options

  • € 400, in which case € 200 will be charged OR
  • € 100, in which case € 50 will be charged OR
  • € 50, in which case € 25 will be charged.

The benefit is levied on the salary of the month in which the balance is available to the person. The balance is valid for two years.

How to pay with recreational benefit

In addition to recreational vouchers you can pay three different ways:

  1. Edenred card is like a credit card, but you don’t need PIN code
  2. Pay with MyEdenred application: search a place from a map or by it’s name
  3. Pay with your phone’s NFC by adding your card to Apple Pay or Google Pay

Kindly note, that no change is given back from recreational vouchers.

I have lost my card, what to do?

Report the loss of your card IMMEDIATELY to the contact person. The lost card will be closed and you will be ordered a new virtual card. Your balance will be transferred to the new card.

At the end of the employment, the card is closed. The balance is available to the person for another 30 days.

New: more flexibility with the MyChoice feature

Wellbeing benefits are being expanded with the MyChoice feature, which allows balances from culture & leisure, massage, and health benefits to be transferred between benefit categories. This enables everyone to use their benefits according to their individual needs.

Balance transfers can be easily made in the MyEdenred app, where culture & leisure benefits can be transferred, for example, to massage or health benefits.

Key changes in brief

  • New employees will no longer receive physical cards; virtual cards will be used instead
  • Existing physical cards will continue to work normally until their expiry date, after which they will automatically be replaced with virtual cards
  • New benefits include massage and health benefits, as well as the MyChoice feature
  • Massage and health benefits are used with their own virtual cards
  • After activating the card, the MyChoice feature becomes visible in the app, and balances can be transferred between benefits
