Virike-etu
Tarjoamalla virike-etua työnantajasi haluaa tukea palautumistasi sekä kannustaa sinua liikkumaan vapaa-ajallasi valitsemallasi tavalla. Edenredin liikuntaverkostoon kuuluu lähes 8 000 käyttöpaikkaa ympäri Suomen. Voit maksaa mm. golfauksen, keilauksen, joogatunnin, kartingin, laskettelulipun ja välinevuokran sekä paljon muuta.
Yleistä
- Työnantaja voi tarjota rahaan verrattavaa virike-etua verovapaasti 200€ vuodessa, josta työntekijä maksaa edun käytöstä itse 50% vähennettynä palkasta.
- Etua on mahdollista saada max 11 kk vuodessa verottajan määritelmän mukaan.
- Kortin käyttöpaikat voit tarkastaa Edenredin käyttöpaikkahausta www.edenred.fi.
- Virike-etua käytetään Edenred-kortilla.
- MyEdenred löytyy myös mobiilisovelluksena kaikkien puhelinmerkkien sovelluskaupoista.
Kortin tilaaminen
Jokainen virike-etua käyttävä tarvitsee itselleen Edenred-kortin. Kortti on ensimmäistä kertaa hankittaessa ilmainen. Työntekijä voi tilata kortin koeajan päättymisen jälkeen. Työntekijän tulee olla päätoiminen ja työajan vähintään 15 h/vko.
Yksiköiden yhteyshenkilöitä ovat palvelusihteerit ja he tilaavat kortit työntekijöiden puolesta. Ilmoita yhteyshenkilölle korttitilauksesi.
Hallinto käsittelee korttitilaukset kerran kuukaudessa. Edenred lähettää kortin ja ohjeet henkilön kotiosoitteeseen. Henkilö aktivoi korttinsa ja rekisteröityy osoitteessa www.myedenred.fi.
Saldon tilaaminen
Saldoa tilataan kerran kuukaudessa, 15. pvä mennessä. Työntekijät ilmoittavat saldopyyntönsä yksikkönsä yhteyshenkilölle eli palvelusihteerille kerran kuukaudessa. Heinäkuussa etua ei jaeta.
Kaikkien etupyyntöjen käsittely tehdään kerran kuukaudessa. 15. päivä mennessä tehdyt pyynnöt hyväksytään hallinnossa 16. pvä. Saldo on käytössä käyttäjän kortilla seuraavan kuun 1. päivästä lähtien. Seuraava mahdollisuus pyytää saldoa on seuraavan kuukauden 15. pvä mennessä.
Saldovaihtoehdot
200 € (50 x 4 €), jolloin palkasta peritään 100 € TAI
80 € (20 x 4 €), jolloin palkasta peritään 40 € TAI
40 € (10 x 4 €), jolloin palkasta peritään 20 €.
Etu peritään sen kuun palkasta, jolloin saldo on henkilön käytössä. Saldo on voimassa kaksi vuotta.
Näin maksat virike-edulla
Voit maksaa kolmella eri tavalla:
- Edenredin kortti toimii pankkikortin tavoin, et tarvitse PIN-koodia
- Maksa MyEdenred-sovelluksella etsimällä paikka nimellä tai kartalta
- Maksa puhelimesi lähimaksulla liittämällä kortti Apple Payhin tai Google Payhin
Kortin katoaminen ja työsuhteen päättyminen
Ilmoita korttisi katoamisesta VÄLITTÖMÄSTI yhteyshenkilölle. Kadonnut kortti suljetaan ja sinulle tilataan uusi kortti. Uusi kortti on maksullinen (15 € peritään palkasta). Saldosi siirtyy uudelle kortille.
Työsuhteen päättyessä kortti suljetaan. Saldo on henkilön käytössä vielä 30 päivää.
We want to offer you – sport benefit (Virike)
Get started by activating your card in MyEdenred. Edenred’s sport network consists nearly 8 000 places around Finland. You can pay for example golf, bowling, a shooting club, downhill skiing and equipment rental, carting, to name a few. How do you recover during your leisure?
Briefly in english
- The employer can offer a cash-free incentive benefit tax-free of € 200 per year.
- It is possible to receive the benefit for a maximum of 11 months per year according to the taxpayer’s definition.
- You can check the places where the card is used by searching for Edenred’s place of use edenred.fi.
- Sport and culture benefit is used with the Edenred card.
- MyEdenred can also be found as a mobile app in app stores of all phone brands.
Ordering a card
Everyone who uses the sport benefit needs an Edenred card. The card is free when purchased for the first time. The employee can order the card after the end of the trial period. The employee must be full-time and working hours at least 15 hours / week.
The liaison officers of the units are the service secretaries and they order the cards on behalf of the employees. Notify the contact person of your card order.
The administration processes card orders once a month. Edenred sends the card and instructions to the person’s home address. The person activates their card and registers here.
Ordering the balance
The balance is ordered once a month, by the 15th day. Employees notify their unit’s contact person, ie the service secretary, of their balance request once a month. In July, the benefit will not be shared.
All benefit requests are processed once a month. Requests made by the 15th will be accepted by the administration on the 16th. The balance will be available on the user’s card from the 1st of the following month. The next opportunity to request a balance is by the 15th of the following month.
The balance options
€ 200 (50 x € 4), in which case € 100 will be charged OR
€ 80 (€ 20 x € 4), in which case € 40 will be charged OR
€ 40 (€ 10 x € 4), in which case € 20 will be charged.
The benefit is levied on the salary of the month in which the balance is available to the person. The balance is valid for two years.
How to pay with recreational benefit
In addition to recreational vouchers you can pay three different ways:
- Edenred card is like a credit card, but you don’t need PIN code
- Pay with MyEdenred application: search a place from a map or by it’s name
- Pay with your phone’s NFC by adding your card to Apple Pay or Google Pay
Kindly note, that no change is given back from recreational vouchers.
I have lost my card, what to do?
Report the loss of your card IMMEDIATELY to the contact person. The lost card will be closed and you will be ordered a new card. There is a charge for the new card (€ 15 will be charged). Your balance will be transferred to the new card.
At the end of the employment, the card is closed. The balance is available to the person for another 30 days.
