Työterveytesi on lokakuusta alkaen Terveystalossa
Tämä kirje koskee sinua, jos RTK-Palvelussa työaikasi on yli 15 tuntia per viikko ja koeaikasi on päättynyt. RTK-Henkilöstöpalvelussa tämä kirje koskee työntekijöitä, joiden työsuhde on jatkunut yli neljä kuukautta.
Strategiamme mukaisesti sujuvoitamme arkeamme, lisäämme henkilöstömme hyvinvointia ja pidämme huolta henkilöstöstämme. Työnantajasi on valinnut uuden työterveyskumppanin ja työterveyspalvelut siirtyvät Terveystalolle 2.10.2023 alkaen. Tavoitteemme on nyt toteutettavan muutoksen myötä ylläpitää ja kehittää henkilöstömme hyvinvointia läheisessä yhteistyössä uuden työterveyskumppanimme kanssa. Ajanvaraus Terveystalon työterveyden palveluihin on avautunut 18.9.2023. Tästä kirjeestä löydät ohjeet siitä, kuinka tavoitat oman uuden työterveystiimisi ja toimit sairastuessasi.
Näin olet yhteydessä työterveyteen
Työterveyden palvelut ovat käytössäsi. Valitse sinulle sopiva yhteydenottotapa:
- Puhelimesi Terveystalo-sovelluksella. Ohjeet alla.
- Verkossa terveystalo.com.
- Soittamalla 030 6000 *.
Oirearvio ohjaa sinut joko etäkanaviin tai lähivastaanotolle – suoraan oikealle terveydenhuollon ammattilaiselle. Etäpalveluilla saat yhteyden työterveyteen vuorokauden ympäri. Lähivastaanotot ja palvelut ovat käytössäsi maanantaista lauantaihin toimipaikkojen aukioloaikojen puitteissa. Kun sinulla on lähete valmiina (esimerkiksi laboratorioon tai erikoislääkärin vastaanotolle), varaa aika Terveystalon sovelluksesta tai terveystalo.com-verkkopalvelussa ja jätä sovelluksen tai verkkopalvelun kautta tiedot esimerkiksi reseptin uusintaa varten tai soittopyyntö tutkimustulosten läpikäyntiä varten. Voit myös soittaa 030 6000 *.
Jos olet estynyt saapumaan varaamallesi ajalle, voit muokata varaustasi sovelluksessa, verkossa tai soittamalla 030 6000*.
Lataa Terveystalo-sovellus
Varmista, että sinulla on kaikki terveyden edistämiseen tarvittava käytössäsi ja lataa Terveystalo-sovellus puhelimeesi sovelluskaupasta. Terveystalo-sovelluksesta löydät:
- Terveystietosi, laboratoriotuloksesi, reseptisi, rokotuksesi, sairauspoissaolotodistuksesi ja voit tilata erilaisia muistutuksia.
- Sinulle nimetyt työterveyden asiantuntijasi ja tavoitat heidät viestillä.
- Terveystalon toimipaikat ja pääset varaaman ajan työterveyteen.
- Tietoa terveydestä ja hyvinvoinnista sekä rahanarvoisia etuja.
Terveystalon tarjoamat edut työterveysasiakkaalle
Työterveysasiakkaana olet automaattisesti Terveystalon etuasiakas. Etuasiakkuus tarkoittaa sitä, että sinä ja perheesi saatte rahanarvoisia etuja asioidessanne Terveystalossa yksityisasiakkaana. Lisätiedot Terveystalo-sovelluksesta ja terveystalo.com/fi/asiakkaalle/tyoterveysasiakasedut.
Poissaolo esimiehen luvalla (omailmoitteisuus)
Omailmoitteisuuskäytäntö sairauspoissaoloissa otetaan käyttöön RTK-Palvelussa ja Contineossa 2.10.2023 alkaen. RTK-Henkilöstöpalvelun henkilöstön osalta omailmoitteisuus jatkuu kuten onnenkin.

Your occupational health is at Terveystalo
This letter applies to you if you work more than 15 hours per week for RTK-Palvelu and your probationary period has ended. In RTK-Henkilöstöpalvelu this letter applies to employees who have been employed for more than 4 months.
In line with our strategy, we are streamlining our everyday life, improving the well-being of our staff and taking care of our staff. Your employer has chosen a new occupational healthcare provider and occupational healthcare services will be transferred to Terveystalo from October 2, 2023. Our aim with this change is to maintain and develop the well-being of our staff in close cooperation with our new occupational health provider. Appointments for Terveystalo’s occupational health services have opened on September 18, 2023. In this letter you will find instructions on how to reach your new occupational health team and what to do if you fall ill.
How to contact occupational health
Occupational health services are at your disposal. Choose the method of contact that suits you:
- With the Terveystalo app on your phone. Instructions below.
- Online at terveystalo.com.
- By calling 030 6000 *.
The symptom assessment will direct you either to remote channels or to a local clinic – directly to the right healthcare professional. Remote services put you in touch with occupational health 24 hours a day. Local consultations and services are available to you from Monday to Saturday within the opening hours of the offices. When you have a referral ready (e.g. to a laboratory or specialist), book an appointment via the Terveystalo app or the terveystalo.com website and leave your details via the app or the website, for example to renew your prescription or request a phone call to review your test results. You can also call 030 6000 *.
If you are unable to arrive at the time you booked, you can edit your booking in the app, online or by calling 030 6000*.
Download the Terveystalo app
Make sure you have everything you need to promote your health and download the Terveystalo app from the app store on your phone. In the Terveystalo app you will find:
- Your health information, lab results, prescriptions, vaccinations, sickness absence certificates and subscribe reminders.
- You will be assigned your occupational health specialist and you can reach them by message.
- Terveystalo locations and you can book an appointment with your occupational health specialist.
- Information on health and wellbeing and cash benefits.
Benefits offered by the health centre to occupational health customers
As an occupational health customer, you are automatically a Terveystalo customer. Preferred customer status means that you and your family receive benefits worth money when you use Terveystalo as a private customer. For more information, visit the Terveystalo app and terveystalo.com/en.
Absence with the permission of a superior (self-reporting)
Self-reporting of sick leave will be introduced in RTK-Palvelu and Contineo from October 2, 2023. For RTK-Henkilöstöpalvelu the system of self-reporting will continue as before.
