Nastarenkaat talven työmatkapyöräilyyn!
Työnantajana haluamme olla mukana varmistamassa työntekijöidemme turvallista työmatkapyöräilyä.
Käynnistämme kampanjan, jossa tarjoamme 70 päätoimiselle talvella työmatkansa polkupyörällä taittavalle työntekijällemme nastarenkaat polkupyörään asennettuna. Tarjottu tuki on 142 €/hlö, mikä yleensä riittää peruspyörien renkaisiin asennuksineen. Nastarenkaat asennuksineen ovat veronalaista tuloa, josta suoritetaan ennakonpidätys. Mahdollisen ylimenevän osan työntekijä maksaa itse, esim. maastopyörien/fatbike pyörien renkaat.
70 ensimmäistä innokasta talvipyöräilijää pääsee mukaan nastarengaskampanjaan. Mikäli haluat omaan polkupyörääsi nastarenkaat, täytä linkin kautta tarvittavat tiedot (rengaskoko ja yhteystiedot) 15.9.2025 mennessä. Renkaiden asennukset tulee tehdä 30.11.2025 mennessä. Studded tires for winter commuting!
As an employer, we want to help ensure that our employees can commute safely by bike.
We are launching a campaign in which we offer studded tires installed on bicycles to 70 of our full-time employees who commute by bicycle in winter. The support offered is €142 per person, which is usually sufficient for basic bicycle tires and installation. Studded tires and their installation are taxable income, from which advance tax is withheld. Any additional costs, such as tires for mountain bikes or fat bikes, will be paid by the employee.
The first 70 enthusiastic winter cyclists will be eligible for the studded tire campaign. If you would like studded tires for your bicycle, please fill in the necessary information (tire size and contact details) via the link by September 15, 2025. The tires must be installed by November 30, 2025. You will receive further instructions from Bikelink via the email address you provide.

Terveys ja turvallisuus – info 17.6.2025
Tässä muutama tärkeä asia mistä haluamme muistuttaa koko henkilöstöä!
- Muistathan, että esihenkilön kanssa sopien sairauspoissaolo on mahdollinen 1-5 päivää, 1 päivä kerrallaan. Sairauslomatodistusta työterveyshuollosta ei näin ollen tarvita.
- Työfysioterapeutin vastaanotolle voi mennä ilman lääkärin lähetettä – lääkärikäyntiä edeltävästi ei tarvita.
- Työterveyshoitajan vastaanotolle voi myös mennä sairaustapauksissa.
Työturvallisuus
- Työpaikkamme tavoitteena on työturvallisuuskulttuurin kehittäminen ja työtapaturmien vähentäminen. Haluamme että jokainen meistä voi lähteä työpäivän päätteeksi terveenä kotiin. Sinun terveytesi ja turvallisuutesi on meille tärkeä asia! Työturvallisuuden kehittyminen vaatii meidän jokaisen panostusta. Turvallisuus kuuluu meille kaikille, se on meidän yhteinen asia.
- Huomioi työympäristöäsi aktiivisesti ja ennakoi vaaranpaikkoja.
- Kirjaa huomiosi Falcony-järjestelmään turvallisuushavaintoina, mikä voi olla vaarahavainto, positiivinen turvallisuushavainto, turvallisuuden kehitysidea tai läheltä piti -tilanne. Mitä enemmän havaintoja, sen parempi!

Here are a few important things we want to remind all staff!
- Please remember that, in agreement with your superior, sick leave is possible for 1-5 days, from day to day. A sick leave certificate from occupational health care is therefore not required.
- You can visit an occupational physiotherapist without a doctor’s referral – no prior doctor’s visit is required.
- You can also visit an occupational health nurse in case of illness.
Occupational safety
- Our workplace aims to develop a culture of occupational safety and reduce occupational accidents. We want each of us to be able to go home healthy at the end of the working day. Your health and safety are important to us! The development of occupational safety requires the commitment of each of us. Safety belongs to all of us, it is our common concern.
- Actively monitor your work environment and anticipate potential hazards.
- Record your observations in the Falcony-system as safety observations, which can be a hazard observation, a positive safety observation, a safety development idea or a near miss. The more observations, the better!

Tietoa työterveyshuollon käyttöoikeuden muutoksesta alkaen 1.1.2025
Työterveyshuollon käyttöoikeus muuttuu seuraavasti koskien koko henkilöstöä;
- Käyttöoikeus arkisin ma-pe klo 7-21 ja koskee kaikkia kanavia (Chat, puhelin, toimipiste).
- Huomioithan, että edelleen esihenkilön kanssa sopien poissaolo on mahdollinen 1-5pv, 1päivä kerrallaan.

Information about the change in the right to use occupational health care services from 1.1.2025
The right to use occupational health care services changes as follows and it conserns for entire staff.
- The right to use occupational health care services on weekdays, Mon-Fri from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and applies to all channels (Chat, phone, office).
- Please note, that it is still possible agree with the supervisor about the absence for 1-5 days, from day to day.

Terveystalon työterveyshuollon palvelusopimuksemme muuttuu 17.6.2024 alkaen:
Pitkäaikaissairauksien (verenpaine, diabetes jne.) hoito ja reseptien uusinnat ohjataan julkiselle puolelle, mikäli hoitotasapaino on kunnossa (ei työkykyriskiä).
Lisäksi lokakuussa 2023 alkanutta omailmoitteista poissaolokäytäntöä esihenkilön luvalla pidennetään viiteen päivään (1+1+1+1+1). Edelleen, mikäli työntekijä kokee tarvitsevansa käyntiä työterveyshuollossa, on se mahdollista, kuten ennenkin. Tarkoituksena on vähentää ns. turhia työterveyskäyntejä, joissa todetaan poissaolon tarve, mutta hoidon tarvetta ei ole.
Näiden lisäksi muistutamme vielä seuraavista työterveyshuollon käyttöön liittyvistä asioista:
- Terveystalon työterveyspalvelumme ei kata käyntejä sunnuntaisin ja arkipyhäisin.
- Mikäli tarpeetonta vastaanottoaikaa ei peruuteta vähintään 24 tuntia etukäteen, peritään peruuttamaton aika työntekijän palkasta.
Our occupational health care service contract with Terveystalo will change from 17.6.2024:
Treatment of long-term illnesses (hypertension, diabetes, etc.) and prescription renewals will be redirected to public healthcare, if the balance of care is in order (no risk of occupational hazards).
In addition, the self-reported absence policy, which started in October 2023, will be extended to five days (1+1+1+1+1+1). Further, if the employee feels the need to visit the occupational health service, it will be possible as before. The aim is to reduce the number of ”unnecessary” occupational health visits, where a need for absence is identified but there is no need for treatment.
In addition, we would like to remind you of the following points concerning the use of occupational health care:
- Our occupational health service does not cover visits on Sundays and public holidays.
- If an appointment is unnecessary and is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, the uncancelled appointment will be charged to the employee’s salary.

Tiedoksi, että Terveystalon ajanvarausnumero vaihtuu 3.1.2024 alkaen.
Muutoksen kohteena ovat Terveystalon yleinen asiakaspalvelu- ja ajanvarausnumero, yritysasiakaspalvelun numero, työterveyspalvelujen laskutiedustelun numero ja kriisituen järjestämisnumero.

Palvelemme asiakkaita jatkossa puhelimitse kuten ennenkin. Muutoksen taustalla on asiointinumeroita koskeva lakimuutos, jolla pyritään selkiyttämään niiden hinnoittelua.
Puhelun hinta kyseisiin numeroihin säilyy ennallaan, ja on jatkossakin matkapuhelinliittymästä 8,35 snt/puhelu + 19,33 snt/min ja lankaliittymästä 8,35 snt/puhelu + 3,20 snt/min. Jonotus on maksullista. Puhelun hinnan lisäksi soittajalta laskutetaan oman puhelinoperaattorin hinnaston mukaisesti myös matkapuhelinmaksu tai paikallisverkkomaksu, ellei toisin ole sovittu.
Uusi asiakaspalvelu- ja ajanvarausnumero 0900 30 000 on käytettävissä jo 20.12.2023 alkaen. Uusi ja nykyinen numero toimivat rinnakkain 20.12.2023 alkaen 3.1.2024 asti. Tämän jälkeen numeroon 030 6000 soitettaessa asiakas kuulee sieltä tiedotteen, joka kehottaa soittamaan uuteen numeroon 0900 30 000. Nykyisestä numerosta ei ole automaattista soitonsiirtoa uuteen.

We will continue to serve customers by telephone as before. The change is the result of a change in the law on telephone numbers, which aims to clarify their pricing.
The price of a call to these numbers will remain unchanged at 8.35 cents per call + 19.33 cents/min for a mobile connection and 8.35 cents per call + 3.20 cents/min for a landline connection. There is a charge for queuing. In addition to the price of the call, the caller will also be charged a mobile or local network charge in accordance with the tariff of his/her telephone operator, unless otherwise agreed.
The new customer service and appointment number 0900 30 000 will be available from 20.12.2023. The new number and the existing number will coexist from 20.12.2023 until 3.1.2024. After that date, when calling 030 6000, customers will receive a message asking them to call the new number 0900 30 000. There will be no automatic call forwarding from the current number to the new one.
