Our sustainability work develops in line with our strategy 

RTK-Palvelu’s vision describes what we are striving for: the best professionals and customer experience in our industry. As we work towards this vision, sustainability is one of the cornerstones of our operations. 

RTK-Palvelu Oy’s Sustainability Report follows the framework of the Voluntary Sustainability Reporting Standard for SMEs (VSME). Due to changes in EU regulation, we are not currently bound by the reporting obligation under the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). Nevertheless, RTK-Palvelu Oy continues to develop its sustainability activities and reporting in line with our strategy. 

The VSME framework helps us communicate our operations transparently and measurably, while also meeting our customers’ increasingly stringent sustainability requirements. A wide group of people from different parts of our organisation contributed to compiling the sustainability report. Read more in the article!

Customer experience is at the core of everything we do, and it is also one of our sustainability themes. In our sustainability work, we have set goals for improving the customer experience. Through continuous renewal, we ensure the quality of our services and monitor their development. 

To achieve our goals, we anticipate our customers’ needs, listen to and understand them, and communicate openly. We are here for our customers, now and in the future. We also see digitalisation as a way to increase both efficiency and customer satisfaction. Using technology enables even better service and a smoother everyday life for both us and our customers.
