Construction management and project management sector was formed by Prepon in spring 2023. Prepon operates as part of RTK-Palvelu. Prepon is an independent expert in construction projects, acting as the representative of the client (the principal) in construction projects.
- Construction Management: We oversee design coordination, scheduling control, the tendering process for designers and the project, as well as tasks related to contractor selection procedures.
- Supervision: We monitor quality, schedule, safety, and costs at the construction site.
- Expert Services: Asbestos and hazardous substance surveys, moisture measurements, condition assessments, and other expert tasks related to construction.
- Project Management Services: We take responsibility for the obligations of the main contractor in the project and carry out the project from start to finish.
