Customer properties subject to public procurement are a major part of our operations. We provide our services to properties owned by the central government, municipalities and parishes in a variety of service packages.
We are also one of Senate Properties’ Palkki partners and as one of the partners of Hansel, the joint procurement unit of Finland’s central government. We are also experienced in municipal lifecycle projects in the fields of cleaning and property maintenance services.
